Filling and Rotary Capping Line

This line is applied for liquid filling similar like water, wine, milk, edible oil, flavor drinks, vinegar products.
It is able to integrate to capping machine and labeling machine in bottling line, fully complete and intelligence control advantage.

• 01 Optimized in and out bottle control mode, two modes of normal/fast can be selected.In the fast bottle in and out mode, the bottle is fed in at the same time as the bottle is discharged, and there is no delay between the in and out of the bottle, which effectively improves the production efficiency.
• 02 Piston seals using the latest tetrafluorocarbon carburizing technology improve the wear resistance and applicability of piston seals to various materials, and effectively solve the problem of piston filling machines for emulsifiable oils, water-soluble suspensions, and high viscosity. The problem that thick materials cannot be used universally.
• 03.This machine has high degree of automation as it integrates auto arranging,putting up and screwing cap.
• 04.Capping toraue can be set according to requirements.
• 05.With a small number of parts replacing like mould,auto capping can be suitable for different sizes of bottles.
